Q) How can I order on your website?
1) Add all the products in your cart by clicking on Add to Cart for each item.
2) Click on the Cart icon from the top of the page.
3) Confirm all the products all with the quantities.
4) Click on CHECKOUT to proceed forward.
5) Add your address and information required.
6) Click on continue to shipping method and select the standard shipping.
7) Click on continue to payment method.
8) Click on Complete Order to finish the procedure.
Q) What is your delivery time?
Delivery time is between 6 to 8 working days for domestic orders (from within Pakistan). It is 10-15 working days for International orders.
For new arrivals and latest launches, delivery can take up to 10 to 15 working days for domestic orders, and 15-20 working days for International orders.
Q) What are the shipping charges?
200 PKR for nationwide delivery in Pakistan. Free delivery for orders over 3500 PKR. For international orders, customer bears the shipping and handling costs. The shipping charges, for international customers, are calculated at checkout according to the customer’s location. We do not offer free shipping for international orders.
Q) Do you offer cash refunds?
No, we do not. In case of size issues or damaged product, we offer exchange or the customer will be issued a coupon of same value, which you can use to shop from our store now or in future.
Q) Can I exchange my outfit in case of incorrect size?
Yes. We offer exchanges for domestic orders.

Q) Is there Cash on Delivery for International orders?
No, we do not offer COD services for International orders. International customers need to pay in advance either via bank transfer or Master/Visa card online. We use a very secure internet banking options.
Q) What are the terms and conditions for International orders?
For international orders, COD service is NOT available. International customers need to pay in advance either via Master/Visa card or Bank Transfer.
International orders take 10-15 working days for delivery.
Also, note the following for international orders:
* Once you add your items to the shopping cart and proceed for checkout, enter your address and country for delivery.
* At the time of checkout, delivery charges will be calculated according to your location and added to the final billable amount.
* Custom duties or any kind of taxes applicable on the imported product will be payable by the customer (i.e. the importer).
*No returns/refunds or exchanges will be entertained for international orders
